Supplier ESG Assessment and Supplier Requirements 

Vichaivej International Hospital Group is committed to responsible procurement in support of high-quality, safe, and continuous healthcare services. The Group evaluates suppliers and distributors based on key criteria including the quality and safety of medicines and medical supplies, pricing, delivery readiness, supplier reliability, and the ability to meet the Group’s operational standards.  

The Group also seeks to strengthen procurement efficiency through a more systematic sourcing approach, including effective management of medicines and medical supplies and collaborative purchasing practices that support cost efficiency while maintaining the quality standards required for healthcare operations.  

In addition, the Group places importance on supply chain risk management through proper storage and inventory control of medicines and medical supplies, taking into account appropriate temperature, light exposure, and humidity conditions to preserve product quality, reduce deterioration risks, and support patient safety.  

Procurement processes and supplier performance are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to assess delivery performance, product quality, service continuity, and sourcing effectiveness. This approach forms part of the Group’s responsible supplier oversight and its broader commitment to sustainable value chain management.
