Supplier Code of Conduct

Conducting business ethically, transparently, and responsibly across the value chain.

Vichaivej International Hospital Group’s Supplier Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for ethical, transparent, and accountable business practices across the value chain, covering legal compliance, anti-corruption, data protection, human rights, quality, and responsible conduct.

The Group places strong emphasis on working with suppliers on the basis of integrity, transparency, and shared responsibility across the value chain. It has therefore established a Supplier Code of Conduct as a framework for ethical, accountable, and sustainable business relationships.

This Code serves as a guiding framework for all suppliers doing business with the Group, including subcontractors and parties involved in procurement-related activities. The organization expects suppliers’ management, employees, and relevant personnel to comply with these standards consistently.

Key Expectations for Suppliers

The Group expects suppliers to operate in line with the following principles:

  • Conduct business with integrity, transparency, and good corporate governance
  • Comply strictly with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Avoid all forms of corruption, bribery, and unfair competition
  • Prevent and disclose conflicts of interest appropriately
  • Protect confidential information, respect personal data, and maintain cybersecurity safeguards
  • Deliver products and services that meet agreed quality, safety, and performance standards
  • Respect human rights, uphold fair labor practices, and act responsibly toward society and the environment

Governance and Ongoing Monitoring

The organization believes that a Supplier Code of Conduct should not remain a policy statement alone. It is therefore embedded into supplier selection, procurement processes, and ongoing supplier monitoring. In addition to product and service quality, the Group considers broader governance expectations, environmental standards, and responsible business conduct.

The Group also promotes Green Procurement principles and encourages suppliers to operate on the basis of fairness, transparency, and responsibility, helping strengthen long-term standards across the value chain.

Complaints and Whistleblowing

If suppliers identify conduct that may be inconsistent with the Supplier Code of Conduct, they may raise concerns through the Group’s designated complaint and whistleblowing channels. The Group is committed to protecting whistleblowers and ensuring that all matters are reviewed in an appropriate, transparent, and fair manner as part of responsible supplier governance.
