I'm planning to get an annual health checkup, but I'm not sure which program is right for my age and physical condition. I'm about 35 years old and have no underlying health conditions, but I work in an office and tend to sit for long periods of time.

Has anyone had a health checkup at Vichaiyut Hospital? What was your experience like?

What health checkup programs do they recommend for working adults aged 30-40?

Do I need to book in advance, or can I just walk in?
