Question about annual health check-up packages at Vichaiyut

I’m planning to schedule my annual health check-up and was considering doing it at Vichaiyut Hospital in Om Noi. I noticed they have different health check-up packages, but I’m a bit confused about which one would be most suitable for someone in their mid-30s with no major health issues so far.

Does anyone here have experience with the check-ups at this branch? Are the basic packages usually enough, or would you recommend going for one of the more comprehensive ones? Also, how long does the whole process usually take on the day of the check-up?
