Board performance is assessed at least once a year at the full Board, sub-committee, and individual director levels\u00a0in order to\u00a0review roles, responsibilities, and governance effectiveness on an ongoing basis.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">The assessment covers key areas including Board structure and qualifications, roles and responsibilities, Board meetings, directors\u2019 performance, relationship with management, and director and executive development.
